About the role:

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Export Warehouse Coordinator will spend 60% of their time physically loading containers while also managing the receipt of goods, stock accuracy, and quality control. This position blends physical warehouse duties with administrative responsibilities to support smooth logistics and inventory management.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Packing of Containers and Manual Handling: Pack goods into containers for shipment, ensuring that items are securely packed and labelled. Perform manual handling tasks as required.
    • Forklift Driving: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.
    • Receival of Goods Physically: Manage and oversee the receipt of goods into the warehouse, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and inspecting for damage or discrepancies.
    • Entering Stock into the System: Accurately input received stock into our inventory management system to ensure real-time accuracy of stock levels.
    • Assurance of Quality of Goods: Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet our company’s standards and specifications.
    • Microsoft Office Experience: Utilise Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, data entry, and communication purposes.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to perform manual handling and packing tasks efficiently.
    • Proven experience in a warehouse / logistics role.
    • Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
    • Strong understanding of inventory management and invoicing processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
