Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of construction operations, from project initiation to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and key performance metrics to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.
  • Supervise construction teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote growth and accountability.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements across all projects.
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges, implementing innovative solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project updates to stakeholders and company leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of proven experience in heavy civil construction, with expertise in managing commercial and industrial projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of site work, grading, excavation, and utility installations.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • OSHA and other relevant safety certifications (fall protection, lift operations) are highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule
