The Transaction Coordinator position takes charge of the real estate transaction process from contract to closing, working with all elements that are non-negotiating pieces of a pending sale.
This position will involve working with clients, agents on our team, lenders, settlement companies, and cooperative sales/broker agents. You must enjoy working in a team environment, be able to follow our processes, and always be willing to learn new things to improve our customer's experience. It is a fast-paced, customer service-oriented role on a high-performing, fun team!
- Managing the real estate transaction from contract to closing
- Maintain communication with each person involved in the transaction
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow our proven systems and processes
- Ability to manage client stress and be assuring and kind through stressful situations
- Iowa Real Estate License is REQUIRED for this position, but you may obtain one while training
- A real estate or mortgage background is ideal
- Attention to detail is a must
