Located in Mukwonago, WI and part of the GS Global Resources family, Joral LLC manufactures position sensors for mobile hydraulic equipment (such as directional drillers, cranes, and trucks).
Joral supplies sensors to industries including timber harvesting, oil & gas, mining, agriculture, and more, to customers around the world. We utilize 3D printing, small batch PCB manufacturing, and remote resources that enable our small Wisconsin business to compete in the global market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan using digital tools and techniques
- Enforce pricing strategies, including volume pricing by analyzing build costs
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and digital outreach
- Utilize LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other digital resources to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Prepare and write detailed quotes for customers, learning part numbering and pricing methods
- Build and develop a client base using modern sales techniques such as digital prospecting, lead generation, and virtual engagement, rather than focusing on cold calling and door-to-door methods
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both potential and existing customers, ensuring continuous engagement until opportunities mature into successful projects
- Communicate sales activities to sales management, operations, and customer service teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for customers' needs
- Lead virtual product demonstrations, leveraging product specialists for in-depth technical presentations
- Ensure client satisfaction through continuous engagement and support
- Develop and present marketing materials and content as a small but vital part of the role to support sales efforts
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement with potential clients
- Travel occasionally as required (approximately 20%)
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or industry experience in machine control or sensor systems
- Business sense working with distributors and OEMs in the mobile equipment industry
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Familiarity with mobile equipment electronic control assemblies and systems
- Proficiency in using CRM, project management software, and other digital sales tools
