Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $100k - $115k

Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is adding a Construction Estimator to their team.  Hybrid flexibility, company bonus, and car allowance offered.

Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

• Review plans, pricing, and prepare bids and cost models
• Analyze project designs and costs, ensuring budgets and bids meet parameters
• Facilitate bids and presentations
• Build and manage subcontractor relationships for large projects

Construction Estimator Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience estimating projects at or above $15 million
• Experience estimating one or more of the following; healthcare, municipal, industrial, mission critical
• Proficiency in full scope estimating; experience with Destiny Software or similar
• MEP knowledge a plus
