Resident Care Assistant and Med Techs Overnight Shift

Job Title: Med Tech/Resident Care Assistants - Full Time Overnights

Location: Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Med Techs/Resident Care Assistants at Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay. We are hiring for part time overnights. As a Med Tech/Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our residents with their daily living activities. 

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed

- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse

- Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed

- Participate in resident activities and events

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

- Must have a valid CPR and First Aid certification

- Must be willing to complete Medication Tech Training/CNA classes

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be able to work in a team environment

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
