Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Oversee daily cycle counts
• Provide support to warehouse staff
• Ensure completion of days work in a day
• Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned
• Evaluate staffing levels, employee performance and provide feedback to management
• Manage inventory and order pull process for manufactured product line
• Participate in hiring, annual performance review, corrective action, and terminations alongside management
• Resolve any problems or needs of the shop and sales teams

Qualifications of the Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

• Minimum of 2 year of supervisor/management experience
• Familiarity of warehousing concepts, practices, and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability leading a team
• Forklift Certified
• Conflict resolution skills
   

Additional Information:

Pay: $50,000 D.O.E.

Physical Demand: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time

Working Conditions: Non-climate controlled warehouse

Training/Certifications: Forklift certified

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Travel: N/A

Education: High School Diploma
