The opportunity

This role is based at our brand-new Distribution Centre in Swanbank and will support our warehouse team. The working hours will be Monday – Friday: 5 or 6am – 1 or 2pm or 2pm - 10pm.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage shift staffing levels for operation to ensure throughput and cost control.
• Report on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints and operational performance
• Lead and developing a high performing team
• Work effectively with the state DC Manager and operational support teams to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing or orders.
• Pick and pack orders as required

• Experience in a similar role in FMCG would be a bonus
• A continuous improvement mindset – you will always look for ways to operate more efficiently
• Ideally you will hold a current forklift license
