Dive into the thrill of receiving, overseeing, and controlling our CAI product stocks. Embark on a journey delivering requested products to various departments throughout the day, ensuring the park's gears keep turning seamlessly. Partner with the Finance and Administration Manager in the serious task of performing accurate and timely end-of-month inventory counts. Your role adds a touch of excitement to the logistics behind the magic, making sure our park is always stocked and ready for a spectacular show.

Job Description:

  • Efficiently load and unload stock from vendors to maintain inventory flow.
  • Systematically sort and document products with precision.
  • Maintain organized inventory and provide information promptly when requested.
  • Execute the retrieval and delivery of products from storage facilities to designated park locations.
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service for both guests and coworkers.
  • Offer daily support to department managers, handling tasks such as plush handling and restocking methodically.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Administration Manager to conduct meticulous end-of-month inventory counts.
  • Oversee the systematic flow of items in and out of storage facilities.
  • Work diligently on reconciling receivables, intra-park deliveries, and stock levels under the guidance of the Finance and Administration Manager.
  • Conduct thorough audits on other departments' product handling procedures.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of uniform vendor accounts.
  • Uphold a high standard of cleanliness in the work area.
  • Execute assigned duties with precision and attention to detail.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to accurate and timely inventory counts at the warehouse, conducting audits on retail stores and maintenance shop locations.
  • Cooperate seamlessly with the Finance Administration Department on ad-hoc requests to support other departments effectively.


Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure when necessary.
  • Possession of a valid Driverโ€™s License.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient task management.
  • Preferably experienced with inventory software and forklift operation.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, inherent to the nature of the amusement park business.
  • Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift.
  • Adaptability to work in diverse weather conditions.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest.

Salary Description
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
