Rentals Ops Support

Summary: Supports the rental sales team by programming, fulfilling, shipping, receiving and maintaining inventory control of all rental equipment.

• Programs Motorola 2-way radios, repeaters, network switches, LTE devices, satellite phones, and hotspots
• Supports and assists other rental operations and sales teams to fulfill customer orders nationwide
• Transfers equipment to other Day Wireless shops as needed
• Maintains and cleans rental inventory
• Processes equipment repairs and warranties
• Processes rental returns
• Assists customers and team with equipment questions and troubleshooting
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical guides and processes
• Capable of working under time constraints
• Ability to manage multiple incoming and outgoing customer orders and deadlines
• Performs inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory
• Pack, seal, and label materials to prepare for shipping in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
• Occasional local onsite customer setup and delivery
• Provides exemplary customer service and professionalism when interfacing with customers and team
• Exceptional organization skills, and is detail oriented
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Microsoft office proficient, Excel a must, Oracle Netsuite preferred but not required.
