As a Senior Customer Service Employee you play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our customers. To this end, you will act as a central point of contact for the customer and continuously link between different parties: your own department, operations, transportation and sales to ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. In addition:

  • Maintain regular contact with the customer to manage expectations and provide updates on incoming and outgoing orders;

  • Analyze order flows, have a grip on customer processes and come up with efficient improvement proposals;

  • You are responsible for the operational and administrative handling of international shipments, both inbound and outbound;

  • You provide various reports, such as periodic KPIs and transport analyses, and are responsible for invoicing;

  • Identify leads from the customer and transfer them correctly to the account manager;

  • You report to the Teamlead Customer Service.

What You Bring:

As a Senior Customer Service Employee, you have experience within customer service, you have a customer-oriented mindset and the drive to always find the best solution for our customers. You have good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment. With your proactive attitude and communication skills there is no problem that cannot be solved! You have HBO working and thinking level and several years of work experience in similar position. In addition, you have an excellent command of the English language in word and writing.
